The Christmas Shoes

It's December already... Only around a week before Christmas!

Well, Christmas, since few years back for me is nothing more than just another celebration. Yeah, I know what does it meas, and on and on, but somehow.... I could tell.. It just becomes another national Holiday and hurray Nice family time!

On marketing group in my office, everyday we always play songs through one of our playlists. One day it could be my playlist, tomorrow could be another's. And for today, we decided to start playing the Christmas songs. And of course we set the Office's Christmas Tree. It was fun tho.

I love music, and I love to sing, so any song could really hit my mind and urge to sing as long as it suits me :) One time, just a few minutes ago before I wrote this post. I was getting ready to eat my snack and wandered around the marketing desk when my ear caught a nice lyrics from my friend's Christmas song's playlist. I wasn't familiar with the song, but the lyrics really caught a glimpse.

The story of the song was one kinda familiar touching story about a nice poor buy with all of his pureness heart wanted to buy something for his mom/dad who is dying, and somehow he didn't have much money even tho the money on his hand is worth long time saving. And someone there become his Santa Claus at that time. It is a song for a movie with the same title, The Christmas Shoes.

I, nowadays become very skeptical about almost everything. And I live my life like it should and as it flows on. But the song, the lyrics, and supported by beautiful melody made me realize again the meaning of Christmas. And of course to imply it in our daily life.

Michael Learns To Rock LIVE IN INDONESIA Concert

"I won't forget, the way you're kissing, the feeling's so strong, were lasting for so long. But I'm not the man, your heart is missing. That's why you go away, I know..."

That part of lyric above seriously must be very familiar in our beloved ears. And I was one of among hundreds people last night (Dec 4th, 2012) who fortunately able to watched and listened to Michael learns To Rock (MLTR) LIVE! :D

The Tickets. - Eva Tarida Pict

It's not their first concert in Indonesia. In 2005, they already held a concert here in 6 cities, including Surabaya. For 2012, they held the concert in 3 cities only: Balikpapan (Nov 29th), Jogjakarta (Dec 1st), and last but not least, Surabaya (Dec 4th). :D. 

I wasn't able to attend their concert back then in 2005, so then when one of my MLTR freak, San-San informed about MLTR around 2 months ago, I immediately search for any news! And Bought the ticket if available! At that time, the ticket wasn't available yet, so we just planned to go. but unfortunately, when we found out the concert date was on Dec 4th, San-San couldn't attend it. She was expecting, and Mid Dec 2012 is her due date. On October, one of my best friends, who also Oldies Maniac, Arlitaria suddenly sent me a message, that one of her friend was went to bought MLTR ticket! Do I need time to think?? NO!! I even ordered for 2 tickets (one for my BF, without his permission! hahahaha - but I believed he'd be just happy! Haha).

For short, here we come in to Dec 4th, 2012. 

I permitted myself to go home earlier. Got prepared, and drove to Gramedia Expo, Surabaya with my BF. The line wasn't that long, so we just had to waited for Arlita and her friends, then we joined the line to came in. Our tickets were in Festival B class (the cheapest :p). But, it won't hold us from enjoying today's concert.

We waited for almost an hour before the concert started. Because they didn't provide us with the opening band, it was a bit uncomfortable to waited for an hour there. Then around 8 PM, suddenly the room was blackout, and some Lights-form on stage's LCD were playing, and there they were entering the stage! Jascha Richter (vocalist), Mikkel Lentz (guitarist) dan Kåre Wanscher (drummer), and additional bassist who replaced their former bassist, Soren Madsen, started to play their song from their Scandinavia album. The song called Renovate My Life. Thank God I already bought their CD few months back, so I was a bit familiar with this song.

Right after Renovate My Life finished, they greeted us! "Hello Surabaya!! Finally we've got to see you guys again!," greeted Jascha which gained the screams from us as a response! :D

Then, not much talking, the Sleeping Child intro was filling the air!! Whoaa!! the crowd went crazy!! :D

MLTR really didn't waste our time during their concert. After 1 song finished, they always said "Thank You...." and then continued to gave us brief description about the next song.

One of their Big Hit, The Actor was sung on 7th song on their list. Jascha gave a brief entrance that he wrote this song while he still had nothing, and by then if you wanted to had a GF, you need to had a car to impressed them. So then, The Actor was on the air!! Of course, everybody cheered and sang along!! Then, suddenly they walked out of the stage, and the crowd went crazy because we wanted more! OF COURSE! And they kept us waiting for a minute or two, suddenly mikkel came out with acoustic guitar and played the intro of my FAVE MLTR song, I'M GONNA BE AROUND!! And the crowd (ME of course) screamed out loud! We sang along together with Jascha!

What envied us was, on some slow-romance song, Jascha would stepped down the stage, and greeted the VIP guests personally!!! AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!! I WANTED IT!! No, WE WANTED IT!!! XD

Just 1 thing, on some great songs like Complicated Heart, Blue Night, Wild Women, 25 Minutes, not everybody seemed familiar with those song. Perhaps, they only noticed MLTR by MLTR's greatest Hits such as "That's Why You Go Away" "Sleeping Child" "The Actor". Even Someday, which video made in Bali, wasn't familiar for most of the attendances.. But NOT including Me, My BF, My Bestfriend, Arlita, and 2 other women we met there :D We can sang around 20-21 of 23 songs that night!!

When they played You Took My Heart Away, almost all of us could sang it. And then Mikkel made a comment "Wow, It's like karaoke you know" :D

Awesome super awesome! After about 20 songs, they said goodbye.. but hey, we're not that amateur on Concert attending! So we knew exactly that was just a teaser for another 2 or 3 songs. So, I started to yelled "WE WANT MORE" and the crowd yelled WE WANT MORE together! And there the 3 of them played the intro of Bryan Adam's Everything I Do to jumped in to "That's Why You Go Away" whoooaaaaa!!!!! We went craaaaaazzzyy again!! ;):)
Over all, they ended thonight's concert with Paint My Love and Scandinavia ;)

AH! One again I forgot to mention! When they sang 25 Minutes, suddenly after the bridge, they inserted the refrain part of All Out Of Love from Air Supply! Can you imagine it?? Whoaaaa!! Don't! just come to their concerts!!! I guarantee your satisfaction!! Their voice and performance just as great as the cassettes, CDs, VCDs, etc, etc!!! Really good voice and music performance! :D

Around 10.20 PM the show was over, and we went home, Of course with special slide on the stage from MLTR! :)

Meet an Old Friend

Jadi ceritanya hari Jumat lalu saya ada kumpul-kumpul Theater. HOME Theater namanya :)
Kami kumpul untuk membahas beberapa naskah untuk event yang sudah menanti.
Nah, rupanya saya datang paling pertama, padahal hari Rabunya saya sudah bilang kalau saya bakalan rada telat. Huehehe.

Akhirnya, karena anak-anak pada belum datang, jadilah saya keliling-keliling Grand City. Oh iya, saya lupa bilang kalau janjiannya di Grand City :p
Terus, karena saya straight from office ke GC, jadi saya kudu menuntaskan salah satu panggilan alam :p I need to take a pee. Haha..

So, saya pergi ke toilet terdekat. Selesai menunaikan tugas, saya tentunya mematut-matut diri dulu di depan cermin toilet. Nggak sengaja saya ngelirik ke cewek di sebelah kanan saya yang juga sedang bercermin. Daaaann.. tak dinyanaaa.. rupanya cewek itu adalah salah satu teman dekat saya semasa SMA!! Horeee!!! Mary namanya. Tapi panggilan sayangnya "mak" hehe.

Mak ini cao ke Aussie waktu kuliah. Nah, di sela-sela libur kuliahnya dulu kami sering banget kumpul rame-rame, tapi waktu selesai kuliah dan dia stay and kerja di Surabaya, malah kami belum ketemu sama sekali. Bisa dibilang, terakhir kami ketemu dan jalan bareng itu tahun 2010! Woohoo! 2 years not seeing each other! Haha...

Oke, back to story. Waktu saya memastikan kalau itu emang Marry "mak" yang saya kenal , langsung saya panggil dia "Maak.." sekali dia nggak dengar, saya panggil dengan suara lebih keras "Maaakk!!" dan langsung doi noleh daaann... dimulailah seseuran cewek yang baru ketemu! huehehehee..

Bicara Pria,  Bahasa Wanita

Wanita : (berjalan ragu di depan sang pria dengan gaun hasil seleksi sehari penuh)    

              “Sayang, aku cantik tidak dengan baju ini?”
Pria     : “He-eh?” (sambil terus menatap TV melewati bahu sang wanita)

             “Yahuii…Goal! Benar khan Yank.. Brazil menang..”

Cuplikan intermezo di atas hanya sekedar contoh bahwa ada banyak perasaan wanita yang tidak dipahami pria, tapi tidak sedikit juga sikap pria yang sulit dimengerti oleh wanita. Sama-sama makhluk ciptaan Tuhan, sama-sama memiliki rasa ingin dicintai dan mencintai, tapi bukan berarti mereka harus memiliki cara pandang dan cara berpikir yang sama.

Dapat dikatakan bahwa pria dan wanita mempunyai “gaya bicara dan bahasa” yang sangat berbeda. Umumnya wanita melancarkan GTM (=Gerakan Tutup Mulut) dan pasang muka seperti amplop dilipat bila sedang tidak berkenan dengan si pria. Sebut saja Nina, melihat aksi diamnya, sang suami bertanya,”Ada apa?” – “Nggak ada apa-apa!”, jawab Nina dengan nada yang ada apa-apa. “Oh, ya sudah!”, balas suaminya sambil terus asyik membaca koran. Jengkel khan?

Tapi di lain kesempatan, sebagai makhluk yang memang butuh berekspresi lewat kata-kata, wanita sering merasa tidak mendapat tanggapan yang diharapkan. Setelah sekian banyak kalimat yang diucapkan untuk menyampaikan rasa bahagia yang ingin dia bagikan, atau mungkin juga rasa kesal yang ingin dia salurkan, eh..si suami malah memotongnya dengan kata-kata yang mematahkan semangat, atau response pendek dengan sekelumit kata “Ya” — “Ehm”. Jangan kecewa, karena memang demikianlah adanya bahasa pria. Bukan dia tidak perhatian, tapi dia hanya mau bersikap praktis saja.

Mau tak mau, dan harus mau diakui bahwa banyak sikap pria yang membuat wanita bertanya-tanya. Di satu saat pria mengambil jarak seakan tidak mau diganggu oleh istri. Dia lebih membutuhkan mobilnya ketimbang kehadiran sang istri. Adakah yang tidak beres dalam hubungan mereka? – Tidak ada!. Dan adakalanya, tak ada angin, tak ada hujan, tiba-tiba si pria datang dengan begitu mesra dan romantis. Peluk hangat dan berjuta kata cinta bisa dia ungkapkan pada sang istri. Bingung lagi khan?. Ada waktunya pria juga butuh ruang untuk dirinya sendiri. Biarkan saja.

Itulah sosok pria, apapun keadaannya, hangat, cuek, perhatian atau acuh tak acuh, dia tetap seorang pria yang butuh dihargai, dihormati dan diterima apa adanya. Secara fisik dia memang tampak kuat dan tegar, tapi secara psikologis, dia selalu memerlukan dukungan dan pengakuan, terlebih dari orang yang paling dekat dengannya. Istri!. Walaupun dia tidak pernah mau mengungkapkannya secara eksplisit.

Lalu bagaimana dengan wanita? Banyak hal yang pria ingin mengerti tentang wanita tapi sampai kapanpun dia tidak akan bisa memahami makhluk yang disebut kaum hawa ini

 1. Koleksi : Lemari nyaris tak sanggup lagi menampung hasil belanjaan tiap akhir pekan. Tetap saja mereka berkata tidak punya baju, sepatu dan tas untuk ke pesta. bagaiman dengan baju yang dibeli 2 bulan lalu? Mengapa harus beli yang baru lagi?. Memang sulit dipahami.

2. Pertanyaan klise : “Sayang, menurut kamu saya gemuk atau kurus ya?”. Pertanyaan yang tidak mudah untuk dijawab, dan pria sering terjebak karenanya. Dijawab “tidak!” katanya bohong. Dijawab “ya!” bisa bikin wanita marah. Kalau sudah begini pria lebih senang menghindar dan cari kesibukan lain. Betul!!

3. Ekspresif : Wanita paling senang mendengar kata-kata cinta setiap saat dan ini membuat bingung kaum pria. Bagi pria, yang sederhana sajalah, “Kalau saya selalu ada di sini untuk kamu, itu artinya apa?”

4. Dine Out : Karena alasan diet, wanita sering menolak menu nikmat yang berat. Tapi bila si pria memesan steak tenderloin daging import, maka sambil ngobrol, tangan wanita tak berhenti mencomot entah kentang, entah “secuil” potongan daging. Kenapa sih?? – Ah cuma iseng, khan nggak banyak!. Bisa ditebak apa yang ada dalam hati si pria?.

5. Spirit of buying : Bila pria ingin menghadiahkan sesuatu dan si wanita diminta untuk memilih sendiri warna yang dia suka, maka “Jangan ah, mahal!. Sayang!”. Tapi giliran si pria melarang wanita membeli barang yang notabene sama dengan 3 koleksi terdahulunya dan belum sempat terpakai, maka “Ayolah, kapan lagi ada sales sebesar ini. Sayang  kalau nggak dibeli!”. Lagi-lagi bikin bingung khan?

Apapun kondisinya, pria dan wanita pasti berbeda dengan segala kekurangan dan kelebihannya masing masing. Mereka diciptakan untuk saling mengisi dan melengkapi.

Jalan rajawali di udara, jalan ular di atas cadas, jalan kapal di tengah-tengah laut, dan jalan seorang laki-laki dengan seorang gadis. Perumpamaan untuk sebuah realita kehidupan yang unik tapi indah.

Early Morning Sight-Seeing

Sayang beribu sayang. Padahal cukup banyak waktu saya gunakan untuk cekikian geli, sementara posisi motor adik saya masih di belakangnya. Nampaknya naluri jurnalis saya sudah mulai terkikis, jadi saya lupa sama sekali untuk ambil handphone dan mengabadikan pemandangan itu.

"Nya" yang saya maksud di kalimat barusan adalah seseorang yang saya sama sekali tidak kenal, dan dia juga tidak kenal saya, dan adik saya juga tidak kenal dia, dan dia juga tidak kenal adik saya. Istilah kerennya: complete stranger! :D Ha!

Hari ini, Senin, 5 November 2012, saya memutuskan untuk nunut (numpang) adik saya untuk berangkat ke kantor. Karena nanti pulang kantor mau les, dan saya akan dijemput pacar saya. :D. Seperti biasa, kami melewati jalur yang biasanya.  Sambil setengah mengantuk, karena harus bangun lebih pagi kalau mau nunut adik saya itu, seperti biasa saya mengedarkan pandangan ke kanan-kiri-depan-bahkan belakang. Saat itulah saya terpaku melihat pengendara motor yang tepat di depan adik saya. Santai banget lah si complete stranger itu mengendarai motor. Berhubung kami juga nggak buru-buru, jadi kami ikuti aja temponya. Selain itu, juga nggak bisa nyalip karena jalanan penuh. Hehe.

Jadi deh saya merhatiin si complete stranger itu. Perawakannya tinggi kurus. Di atas 170cm pasti. Dia naik motor bebek biasa. Warna hitam. Pakai helm SNI warna hitam juga. Pakai jaket hitam dengan aksen kalimat-kalimat di belakangnya yang tidak bisa saya baca karena dia pakai tas ransel. Tas ranselnya juga warna hitam dengan motif skull di seluruh permukaan tas ransel iu. Lihat lagi ke bawah, dia pakai celana kain hitam biasa, dan fantovel itam biasa. Ups.. Saat dia angkat kaki sedikit entah kenapa, maka sedikit tersingkaplah celana kainnya itu dan memperlihatkan jeda antara celana dan fantovelnya yang normalnya ditutupi dengan kaos kaki. Ya kaos kaki, kan? Kali ini si complete stranger itu juga pakai kaos kaki. Namun yang bikin mendadak permainan memperhatikan itu jadi seru adalah warna kaos kakinya! Warnanya warna-warni! HAHAHA.. Lucu sekali! jadi bagian paling atas entah merah atau oranye, diikuti hijau, kuning, dan biru yang palling lebar. Belum lagi ada motif rajutan semacam Teddy Bear yang imut :D :D. Kami tidak bisa menahan diri untuk merasa sedikit geli. Oke, cukup geli, oke Geli sekali! HAHA.....

after the excitement I had on Guinness #ArthursDay in Surabaya last year with Mr. Big on stage, I have no other choice but join this year's #ArthursDay. Plus, with the clear fact that CREED will perform!! :D
Well, I like Creed, even tho I'm not too familiar with their songs beside "My Sacrifice" "One Last Breath" "With Arms Wide Open" "Are You ready" and some of them.. But, I know tat Scott Stapp really is blessed with great voice! And together with Mark Tremonti they could be called as the Creed's soul as a matter of fact.

Enough about the history of them, you can just find it in Wikipedia, etc :D

Well, I bought the ticket via rajakarcis.com, one trusted website to buy some concert tickets online. After that, of course right on Wednesday, Oct 31st, 2012, when everybody around the world is celebrating the Halloween, nut my bf and I prepared ourselves for CREED that night!!

Me and my bf arrived a bit late at the venue, Grand City, Surabaya. Because of our working time, etc :D And to my surprise, because I didn't check the details of tonight's concert, the opening stage was /RIF!!!!! dear Lord! Just when last year, I wish it was /RIF who did the opening stage, but this year, Guinness brought /RIF to Surabaya!!!
/RIF, is one of my fave rock-band in Indonesia. Their song, and of course Andy's performance always got my eyes! :)

It's just so exciting! Like we paid one and got 2 concert! /RIF and Creed!!! :D I can just said that tonight's gonna be a great night!! XD

Then after several song from /RIF, closed by Loe Toe Ya mixed with No Woman No Cry, we waited for Creed for about 15minutes.

And then, suddenly black out on stage, and some spotlights came out of the stage and almost blinded us all, and then the bang of guitar strumming and drum echoed on the room and everybody cheered!! CREEDDD!!!!

As I stated before, I enjoyed their performance a lot, but not too familiar with their song. My BF, in other hand, can sang along almost all the 12-15 songs from Creed that night!! :)

They said goodbye after the 12th or 13th songs. But we all cheered "We want more" "we want more".. And they came out sang "One Last Breath". That was one of their super popular song in Indonesia.

And after One Last Breath, they continued it with "My Sacrifice"!! I can say that my Sacrifice is way mooore popular, then all the audiences are sang and shouted along with Scott super prima voice!
Really, 3 hours singing, and his voice is still on his best!! :) Not to mention some 'rocker shout' and individual performances on stage!! Oh brother!!! :D

Beban Masalah dan Ketekunan

Jumat terakhir di Bulan Juli sudah datang. Seperti biasanya, perusahaan kami mengadakan persekutuan doa untuk karyawan yang beragama Kristen. Kali ini dipimpin oleh Pdt. Deddy yang asli dari Jawa Barat. Dan seperti persekutuan doa yang sudah-sudah, selalu ada pelajaran penting untuk bisa saya bawa pulang, resapi, lakukan, dan tentu bagikan.

Nggak perlu khawatir, karena sharing saya ini nantinya nggak akan agamis. Ini adalah share yang bisa diterima oleh semua pihak, kok :)

Terluput Dari Badai (Pdt. Leonard Andrew Immanuel dari GKI Sidoarjo - GKI PTI - 24 Juni 2012)

Post ini agak terlambat saya tulis. Maklum, lah ada beberapa hal yang harus dikerjakan. Jadi, saya tiba-tiba saja teringat keberadaan renungan ini. 

Alkisah, ciee..., Haha.. Seperti biasa, Hari Minggu pagi saya ke Gereja. di GKI Pondok Tjandra Indah, atau biasa disebut GKI Po-Can. Saya jujur saja sedikit ngantuk, karena semalam pulang sudah lewat hari, alias sudah subuh. Maklum, masih muda suka nongkrong bareng teman-teman. Oh, tidak, saya tidak Clubbing. Nggak suka soalnya. Cuma pernah clubbing saat ada event, itu aja. Itu pun event aman seperti ultah yang ke-17 (sweet seventeen) yang biasanya ada Disco Timenya tuh., perayaan anniversary suatu company, gitu. Ngga pernah bener-bener clubbing in purpose :). Hanya aja, kalau nongkrong, kami bisa ngendon di McD sampai 5jam :D Hahahaa... Oke deh. 

Jadi, di tengah kantuk saya, Pak Pendeta hari itu pun bukan tipikal yang punya suara menggelegar atau suka membubuhi kotbahnya dengan guyonan. Alahasil, makin ngantuklah saya. Sampai ada satu ketika Beliau mulai bicara dengan cara sedikit pengungkapan. Saya adalah orang yang cenderung suka dengan sesuatu yang be-rima, sesuatu yang seperti sajak, syair, quotes, dan sebagainya. Mulailah saya menegakkan punggung dan mengumpulkan fokus dan konsentrasi saya.

Sangat menarik isi pengungkapan yang digunakan oleh Pak Pendeta Leonard Andrew ini. Supaya tidak hanya saya saja yang terberkati, mungkin teman-teman yang kebetulan mampir bisa membaca sebentar bagian dari kotbah beliau yang saya sukai ini. Tidak agamis, kok. Karena menurut saya, apa yang diungkapkan oleh Pdt. Leonard sangat realistis, dan bisa diaplikasikan oleh siapa saja :).

 Ada yang aneh dengan dunia ini. Semakin banyak alat yg diciptakan untuk membantu kita di dunia ini, mengapa hidup kita dan dunia ini makin rumit? Kenapa pulang kerja makin larut?.
Kenapa makin kita menyatukan teknologi dengan alam, mengapa makin kita tidak dapat terlepas dari teknologi?.
Tapi toh kita tetap percaya dengan segala sistem yang ada di dunia ini, termasuk sistem pendidikan kita.

"...Namun ada kala pria tak berdaya, tekuk lutut di sudut kerling wanita..." lagu Sabda Alam ini terlantun merdu di ruang tengah rumahku. Bukan tanpa sebab apa-apa, tapi memang Papa lagi pasang CD lagu-lagu romansa oldies. :). Oldies adalah salah satu pilihan lagu-lagu favoritku. Sampai-sampai teman-temanku juga kalau soal tembang lawas, langsung deh terpikirkan namaku. Haha. Serius lho.

My Bestfriend's Wedding (#1)

Why do I put #1 in my post title? Because, I have 4 best friends. And this post will only talking about one of them.

So, it started on Tristiana's birthday on March 2012. She announced that her wedding day will be on June 17th, 2012 and we will be her bridesmaid. Such an honor! :)

We started to discussed about our bridesmaid dress, make ups, etc.

For short, we arrived at June 16th 2012. H-1 of the wedding day.

There is a tradition in Javanese called 'Widodaren.' It's a tradition where the groom's family came in to the bride's family bring stuffs as their gift. but, both bride and groom must not see each other at all. That's another tradition call 'Pingitan.' Single people from bride's side have to be prepared to accept the gifts from groom's family and put them in the bride's room. The bride's already waiting in the room, but she can only meet the groom's family. After that, we have a small introduction session, and dinner.

Finished with the Widodaren at 9 PM, me and Icha went to Kayoon to took the bridesmaid flowers for hand bouquet. Then, we went straight to Arlita's house, who had just arrived at Surabaya about an hour ago. She took a night plane to Surabaya from Jakarta. She was having a job there. Then, we drove back to Tristiana's house and picked her and her mom up to the guest house.

Tristi rent the whole room in the guest house for her and her fiancee family and guests. Also, for their Wedding meet's room. 

There is also a tradition called 'Temu Manten' where the bride and the groom finally meet each other after a week of Pingitan. Tristi also set up the 'Temu manten" room in one of the guest house's rooms. The guest house was nice :)

At night, Prissia came also.The four of us stayed there for a night. We prepared the hand bouquets ourselves, and as we were totally starved, we also ordered McD on the midnight! Hahaa.. What a diet! :D

So, we finished the hand bouquets on around 2.00 AM, then we ate the McD, we were super starved! And took a fast sleep on 3.00 AM. On 3.50AM we had to woke up already, because on 4AM the make-up and hair dresser already arrived.

We took a bath one by one. Prissia went first, because she slept first! Haha.. Followed by Icha, Me, then Arlita.

The make ups and Hair do were awesome. Simple but nice :)

Then on 8.00 AM, we, the bridesmaid took a photo and video of morning express. Tristiana was sooooooo beautiful! She was so gorgeous and looked totally happy! I could suddenly felt her happiness too, you know. After that, the 'Temu Manten' session began. Before the groom could met the bride, he and his bestmen had to pass through us, the bridesmaid. And we could do any fun of it :p

So we asked him to made a short funny poem (Pantun, in Indonesian). Then, he had to danced while the bestmen sang "Iwak Peyek" and danced along. Hahahahaa.. He did that you know! Leo did all those things :D Then Arlita escorted him to entered Tristi's room.

After The Wedding Ceremony

After that on 10.00 AM we got prepared to the church. The Wedding ceremony was about to begun. Then just like as we saw in the movies, the groom entered down the aisle first, then the bride. It was touching :). a short ceremony, and here came the most touching part. The part after the bride and the groom officially tied up as a husband and wife, and they took a kneel in front of their parents. The four of us were touched! Our tears already on their way down from our eyes.... :) Then they both signed all the papers, and walked out of the church.

At the church's front yard, we had the Two Doves and Some Balloons' released to the air. On the 1, 2, 3 count, we released the balloons, while the newly wed released the doves, they kissed each other. So.. Sweet! :)

We could have 3 hours break after the wedding ceremony before the wedding reception. It was a very precious time for us. So we took a short qualified sleep :p. On 3.00 PM we got prepared again for the reception. But we had to gathered on the reception place first on 4PM for a rehearsal. 

The rehearsal was a bit delayed because of some traffic jam, etc. Ah, I forgot to said that Tristi's reception  was a pool-side one :) Nice, right!

On 6.30 P, the Wedding reception began!!! After the MC announce the beginning of this reception, the bridesmaids and the bestmen went out coupled. Then the groom's parents, followed by the bride's parents.Then, with the taccompaniment of the song A thousand years, the bride and groom walked down the road and reached their beautiful stage. :)

Well, the rest was not much different with another wedding party. But this time was a bit different because we, as Tristi's bestfriends took our direct part on her super special day! :) However, the fireworks on their Wedding Kiss were also awesome! :D

Happy Wedding for Leo and Tristi! Happily ever after! When troubles ever come in to your new life,  always remember this June 17th, 2012 when you both tied up your holy promise as husband and wife and soon to be beautiful parents! :)

My Online Shop

Just crossed my mind one day to have another income. My dream is to have my own work. Whether it's restaurant or shop or whatever. Looking at my too much clothes and shoes, I decided to sell them with special price. You know, the secondhand things.
Then I made a blog on February 2012. It was first only for my used wardrobe or my new-but never been used wardrobe's shop-window. Then I found out that on Blog, this selling thing didn't affect too much.
